In my attempt to take some cute pre-storm pics in my favorite red rain boots, I actually got stuck in the the middle of the storm. No worries though, true Midwesterners are totally used to the unannounced torrential downpour. Five minutes later it might be sunny again. The photo shoot was cut short but we still had fun playing in the rain.
